Please do not take this day for granted.

Please do not take this day for granted. There is so little that is certain in our existence, and within an instant everything can change. Our lives and time here on this speck of space dust are not ever guaranteed. I just wish more people realized that.
We waste our days on hate, vitriol, oppression, condescension, manipulation, judgement, indecency and negativity. Why use the little span of life you are given on such unbecoming and senseless actions? I hope to whatever non-existant higher power that you all may believe in - God, Allah, Flying Spaghetti Monster, Ra, Zeus - that you can find the strength to put aside these ideas of disdain toward other humans and instead embrace the fact that we are all, down to the tiniest atom of our bodies, created the same. We’re eager to love and be loved… and the time we have to spread that love is exceedingly finite.
